Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy differs from one service provider to another. It is up to the service provider to define the free cancellation period. Only if the booking/service is canceled before the free cancellation period will the customer receive a refund.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
The refund shall be processed only if:
- The cancellation was done before the free cancellation period
- The booking was disputed and was resolved in favor of the customer
