The reception was great, but I arrived at 10:00 to book a massage, and it was the worst massage I've ever had in my life. The specialist was dark-skinned, and she was shaking during the massage. Her technique was terrible, and in her haste, instead of untying the fabric bra they give you, she tore it off. She rushed me, and even the tea was only a quarter of the cup. Honestly, the work was rushed. Besides, the slippers were used and thrown under the sofa. She took them out from under the sofa and put them on me. There was no robe, and she covered my hair with massage oil, making it so greasy that the sofa was slippery. The massage was a complete mess, and she had a cooking timer that went off and clicked near my head the whole time. You guys made me even more stressed; I didn't relax at all. When the specialist left, the slippers were thrown in the room, and she didn't help me at all. There was absolutely no professionalism. It wasn't a Swedish massage, and the technique was completely unstudied. Honestly, it was a complete mess. I will never repeat the experience. If you're rushing customers, I wish you'd close the massage parlor at 9 AM instead of making me pay and receive the worst possible service.
