I had an amazing massage experience with Heba! She is very professional, attentive, and kind. The massage was so relaxing, and I felt refreshed and renewed afterward. Highly recommend Heba to anyone looking for an excellent massage experience! 💆‍♀️✨

The work is generally good, but the staff's etiquette and courtesy need improvement. They call out loudly to each other, and the place is small. Everyone there knows what services you've requested, which reduces the client's privacy. For the Moroccan bath, they gave me a thin plastic robe that was barely functional! They told me to relax in the room, but then they went and came back several times, bothering me. Finally, they left the door open and went! Also, clients don't need to listen to the staff chatting; the place is for rest and relaxation. You need to work on improving the overall experience from the moment a client enters the salon until they leave, not just the specific service I paid for.
